Last Saturday for the first time we went to One Of a Kind Show in Toronto.  We arrived at Enercare centre around 11 am and parked our car across the street ($8 flat rate, which is much cheaper than underground parking). We purchased our tickets in advance online

Gallery On The Farm is another location we visited last weekend. This is a family-owned organic beef farm which offers a great variety of meat products. They also carry Thornloe & Wilton cheese and Geissberger Farmhouse Cider in the store. But what makes this place special is the collection

We drove so many times through Enniskillen without knowing what wonderful treasures are hidden in this small village. Last weekend we decided to finally visit the local shops. We stopped at Timeless Essentials. The variety of products we found in this place is absolutely amazing!

I’ve never made cornbread before. So, when I came across the Blue Corn Parfait Bread recipe in Where Women Cook magazine I decided to try to make one. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find blue cornmeal in any stores nearby so I used the regular yellow one.
